On June 1, 2020, the feckless Little Rock mayor, Frank Scott, Jr., led a group of protestors down Capitol Avenue and when cops attacked the group, he fled leaving the protestors to fend for themselves. The next day he apologized for his participation in the march stating it was a lapse in judgment.
