Framework just announced their first desktop computer. Aside from using the excellent AMD Ryzen Max 385 or upgraded Ryzen Max+ 395, the system is a tiny 4.5 liter system. While it's not the cheapest system out there, it may be the best currently announced Steam Machine ever to hit the market.
