There seem to be two different strategies for turning in FPV racing. I usually do the "pitch turning", but today I also tried the "yaw turning" which is something that other pilots seem to do.
My theory is the following:

People that learnt how to fly with a multirotor in leveling mode will use "yaw turning", because that feels more familiar to them - even if they now fly in acro mode.

People that learnt how to fly with a plane, a helicopter or a multirotor in rate mode will use "pitch turning", because that feels more natural to them.

What do you think? How do you fly turns, and why?
