I wanted to build a SpeedyBee Master 5 that used Walksnail instead of DJI OS3 system. So the specs are pretty much the same. This quad will be used as a cruiser and eventually be used for Search and Rescue work. My goal was to get a good GPS signal and fly over ten minutes. This flight I was testing the GPS and wanted to see the endurance with a 6S battery.
The GPS was the biggest surprise since with the v1 version of Walksnail VTX I had to move the GPS as far away from the GPS as possible. The V2 was touted as not interfering with the GPS and from today's flight I can attest that.
My next test flight I want to test some distance on it but will need to look for an area to do that with.
Frame: SpeedyBee Master 5
FC + ESC: SpeedyBee F7 v3 with 50 4-in-1 ESC
Motors: EMAX ECO 2 1700 kv
VTX + Camera: Walksnail Avatar v2
Receiver: ELRS 2.4 ghz with dual antenna
GPS: NewBeeDrone M10Q GPS
