I built a FPV quad ground station. It's designed to get better signal over the whole flight. It has two antennas. One has a tighter beam that has better signal, and the other is omni directional which isn't as strong but works in all directions. I tested it in the back yard where there are trees and found I was able to see the whole time during the flights
