Visiting One of the largest FPV Motor Manufacturing Companies, T-Motor. We were extremely humbled to have the pleasure of an unrestricted look at Manufacturing and Design at T-Motor and get a better understanding of what they do and where they see themselves going.

Don’t get me wrong the Tech was insane but in all honesty what blew us away the most is their genuine passion for what they do and looking back I never really captured this part.
The second thing that I wasn’t expecting was the advanced manufacturing techniques used to make our FPV Motors in an extremely modern manufacturing environment. This wasn’t what I was expecting. I guess I had a vision of China and totally underestimated how advanced they are and I’m not just talking the manufacturing, but also the Quality Control Procedures etc
Keep in mind my background is in Aerospace Manufacturing and I just wasn’t expecting that level of quality control applied to our FPV motors!
This video is my second cut as some parts of the footage needed to be cut out since it would have been releasing manufacturing process secrets etc but I still managed to pack in a fair amount of footage. This visit was late 2017 but I had a ton of footage to go through and I’d pretty much taken footage of stuff I wasn’t supposed to so it slowed down the whole editing process.
Anyway a massive thanks to T-Motor for hosting us and kindly spending so much time showing us around their facility.
OK so I've mentioned pretty much everything here except Thomas' Sunglasses!!! Well, funny story, he actually lost his Sunnies when we arrived in China! T-Motor had little gifts for each of us and they had purchased Thomas these sunnies :D So there you go, the Sunglasses story!
