A short video highlighting the new 5 storey precast multi-storey car park at Thorpe Park in Leeds, completed by FP McCann. The build consisted of a full precast frame, almost 19,000 m2 of hollowcore flooring slabs (including structural screed topping), 6 storey high structural cores that incorporated walls, stairs, landings and capping slabs. In addition, FP McCann also provided precast columns, spine beams and parapets. All specified to a 2 hour fire rating. A total of 1,050 precast units were installed over the 19 weeks installation period.
