At the start of this month, I was picked up by German indie developer Sebastian Sell to create a soundtrack for his upcoming Android game, Spacey Dungeon(working title). You can find his website here: sebastiansell.bplaced.net
This one was just plain fun to make. It's a little different from the other songs in the soundtrack, since it has a swing beat and goes atonal in a few spots. This level will be a chemical lab filled with mutated scientists, so I made sure to give the song a creepy feel. This is actually one of the few songs that actually uses the melodic minor key! It starts out in ascending scale and loops in the descending one. Whether this is a genius songwriting technique or pure laziness is up for you to decide.

I wrote this in 2 hours in FL Studio 20 for Ben Burness 3rd 2HAC album project. The theme was cats, so I tried to write something that represented both sides of a cats life. The intro and outro are soft and calm, symbolizing sleep, and the main part is bouncy and energetic to show off the more playful side of cats. Im not fully satisfied with how the song turned out (the mixing needs work, the 3rd section couldve been expanded, etc.), but things like that are just part of the 2HAC process.
