Four new skilling outfits were added to the SoF today. Each set in total gives a 5% exp boost to its skill. After 30 days it becomes cosmetic(slightly unclear on the news post, but it's likely to be 30 days after you receive it). There are also 1 and 7 day recharge gems on the SoF which will allow you to temporarily recharge the items.
All of the new sets be common until October 1st at which point they will be made rarer.
