Teak Throne - 67

Mahogany Throne - 74
5 mahogany planks, 3 marble blocks

Gilded Throne - 81
5 mahogany planks, 2 marble blocks, 3 gold leaves

Skeletal Throne - 88
5 magic stones, 4 marble blocks, 5 bones, 2 skulls

Crystal Throne - 95
15 magic stones

Demonic Throne - 99
25 magic stones

It's probably worth noting that the throne slot is combined(two thrones in the one slot).
