I'm sticking with the in-game DLSS 4.6 over 4.0 as they perform identically, and 4.6 noticeably beats 4.5 for the best overall visuals and framerates. For those on 8GB GPUs, I recommend dropping down to High textures since Ultra and Extreme easily exceed 9GB of VRAM and even more with ray tracing, though keep in mind that texture and geometry quality are unfortunately linked and cannot be adjusted individually.
