I also tried the DX11 API, but performance got even worse, with GPU usage dropping below 60%. The game is clearly built with DX12 in mind, and DX11 doesn’t help much on older cards. Even at low settings, the game still looks great, and FSR 3 frame generation provides smooth gameplay, but the latency is high.
