An Invitation to Forest Bathing deck review.
In this video I explore the beautiful nature inspired card deck An Invitation to Forest Bathing created by Lissa Kennedy and Roxanne Côté and published by Red Wheel Weiser Books.
This 52 card activity deck offers gentle invitations to reconnect with nature through mindful observation, presence, and sensory awareness. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, or forest bathing, the cards encourage slowing down and rediscovering the healing power of the natural world.
In this review I share my first impressions of the deck, the artwork, and how the cards can also be used intuitively as a reflective spiritual tool.
I also share a personal experience pulling the Shadow card during a recent power outage, which created a surprisingly powerful moment of reflection.
