Learn to get away from it all on your own private island. Though be aware you will have to fend for yourself, so that does mean harvesting, mining and crafting everything you can to stay alive (and buy more islands) as you become the - Forager.
Initially created as part of the GameMaker Studio 2 game jam, Forager from indie developer HopFrog (aka. Mariano Cavallero) is a cute, low pixel survival/farming game pitched as somewhere between The Legend of Zelda and Stardew Valley. Currently in development and expected to hit Steam in 2018 this alpha demo gives you a good first look at what it's like to forage for survival.

Another little VOD from one of our recent streams over on Twitch and this time we were forging our own medieval town in - Kingdoms & Castles.
From indie studio Lion Shield, Kingdoms and Castles sees you putting your citizens to work to build your little hamlet into a bustling kingdom. But like all good town management sims you have to pay careful attention to your resources, your townfolks happiness and the ever present (and annoying) royal advisers.
And if that wasnt enough to worry about you always have viking raids and the occasional dragon showing up to ruin your day.
