D’Anne Duncan, PhD, believes that helping students succeed starts with making them feel seen, valued, and supported. Through her leadership in graduate education and student advocacy, she has helped shape a UCSF experience where students can thrive both personally and professionally.

D’Anne is a recipient of the 2026 Chancellor Award for Exceptional University Management.
