Today I look at the Hibiki 17. Hibiki is the blended whisky from the House of Suntory, combined of Hakushu and Yamazaki single malts with Chita grain whisky.

This Hibiki 17 was the first of the Hibiki line Suntory released in 1989 and it is the whisky Bill Murray drank in the movie Lost in Translation.

Let's see how this elusive beauty actually tastes like and will be truly be for relaxing times!
