Learning to eat for my skin has been a jouurneyyy 🥰 I've learned to explore different options that I actually like to eat for protein, carbs, fiber, probiotic, and fats. I realized it's like SPF, find thing you actually enjoyyyy and give us the daily nutrients we need. These meals kept me fuller for longer, helped to balance my blood sugar (which is sooo important for pcos girlies/hormonal issues), and one of the best things I tried was also drinking a glass of ACV 10-30 mins before any carb heavy meal. The best part? it’s easy to mix things up with endless swaps and delish! 🥑
