The Folkestone Documentary Festival returns from Friday 21 until Sunday 23 October 2022. For 3 days, doc lovers are invited to join us for a weekend of parties, screenings, masterclasses, conversations, and more culminating in a Community Meal.

Folkestone Documentary Festival was conceived out of the monthly Documentary Club at Quarterhouse created and curated by James Collie. The festival celebrates documentary filmmaking in all its forms, from art to social issues to just great stories, with community collaborations at the heart of programming.
