the instrumental is my favorite part of any fnf song, even if it's a generic sega genesis instrumental i don't really care, a lot of people think they are overused but they are only used in SONIC songs which makes sense because it's sonic, he started with the sega genesis so why all the hate? not to mention the entire rerun soundtrack got remade just because old songs had sega genesis instruments which kinda sucks, like some of the old songs are better than the new ones.
but yeah i don't see why people would hate if a sonic game used genesis instrumentation, i mean i get it when a song used a motif from other song like basically all majin songs having that part of endless in them and all sonic.exe songs having drowning motifs (not sure about final fever) but hating on 90s video game instruments doesn't make sense to me.
