While in the city of Kharkiv of the Ukrainian army pushed the Russian army out of the oblast, I was sitting in a kitchen talking to an old solider, one from a government long gone from the face of the earth. I talked to him about serving in the Soviet Army, how the Russian army compares to it, and how he is now aiding a military fighting against people he may of one point served with.
