Hello my lovely Flosstube friends ๐
Itโs finally time for a proper catch-up! January and February have been full of life, dance competition, a stitching retreat in Crewe, sunshine in Montego Bay, and a few unexpected dog mum dramas, so while stitching progress may have been slower than planned, itโs certainly been a busy and full start to the year.
In this update Iโm sharing everything I worked on in January and February, including cross stitch, English Paper Piecing, machine embroidery, and even a little crochet!
โจ Projects featured:
Welcome to the North Pole โ Cottage Garden Samplers
Tap Dancer (Long Dog Sampler)
Family Farm Afghan (Wichelt)
July Basket (Etsy small)
Hoppinโ Down the Bunny Trail Bench Pillow (Kimberbell)
Busy Bee Cushion (Lina Patchwork โ EPP)
Crochet shawl (King Cole Curiosity DK yarn)
I also chat about:
My Crewe retreat
Holiday in Montego Bay, Jamaica
Machine embroidery blocks & 3D flowers
Learning English Paper Piecing
Crochet confidence (or lack of!)
Bon Bonsโ hernia surgery & fluffy mum life
Upcoming retreat plans
That full coverage itch that needs scratching!
Thank you so much for being here, especially to the 105 new subscribers. ?Your support and lovely comments mean more than you know ๐ค
Let me know in the comments:
โข Should I film the process of finishing the Kimberbell bench pillow blocks?
โข Any EPP or crochet tips for a learner?
Happy stitching!
