Griffith’s direction at Biograph. 1912 found her working at the Victor Film company, under an agreement with Carl Laemelle that gave her complete artistic freedom. A rare look at the world’s first movie star, “Flo’s Discipline” is a lighthearted comedy, well worth the watch thanks to Lawrence and co-star Owen Moore’s charm and acting skills.
