Which NEW Doll releases do I NEED right now, which are for the trash can, and which are only sale worthy?

MGA and Mattel have plenty of New doll releasing coming this summer, but which dolls NEED to be added to my doll collection, and which dolls are doomed to languish on store shelves forever? Here are my opinions on the Newest MGA Bratz and Rainbow High releases, and Mattel's Monster High and Barbie releases. We'll discuss all of the new dolls from these brands, I'll decide whether I NEED to buy, wait for a sale, or pass all together.
