The NEW Barbie Basics You Create Kit wigs are busted and ugly, but can I fix them? How do they compare to other wigs by Mattel?

In this video we're going to take a closer look at the ugly, wigs that came in the new Barbie Basics You Create Kit #1. We'll see them, and we'll hear them. Then we'll compare these monstrosities to other wigs created by Mattel for Barbie. Of course we'll look at the OG Barbie wigs for Fashion Queen from 1964. These will be the oldest coming in at over 60 years old, but are they better than the wigs we have today? Then we'll look at some more modern wigs from the Silkstone Barbie Spa Getaway from 2003. Are all of these wigs interchangeable? Which ones look the best? Which ones fit the best?
Then we'll wash and restyle the busted Barbie Basics You Create Kit wigs, and see if we can make them look any less ugly, and any more hair-like.
We'll also take a closer look at the face molds in the Barbie Basics You Create kit and compare them with other Barbie face molds we may be more familiar with.
I know I'm ragging on the Barbie Basics You Create Kit a lot here, but I actually love it and am having a fun time mixing and matching the hair, clothes, and accessories! There will be a big reveal with the newly styled wigs, and some re-styles on the girls, so stay tuned until the end.
