In this demo, we’re cutting a 0.25" thick aluminum sheet on the FlexJet FLX-1365 Waterjet, running at speeds of up to 28 IPM with an abrasive flow rate of 1 lb/min. The cut was programmed using IGEMS CAD/CAM software, and utilized the Tilter Head to achieve a clean, accurate edge finish.

Cutting Envelope (XYZ Travel): 156″ x 78″ x 12″
Maximum Traverse Speed: 1,800 inches per minute (IPM)
Acceleration: 0.3G
Pump Options:
50 HP, 60,000 PSI intensifier (standard)
Optional: 60 HP or 100 HP @ 60,000 PSI, 60 HP @ 90,000 PSI
Abrasive Hopper: 500 lb continuous fill (standard); optional 2,500 lb capacity
