Hey everyone! Thanks to those of you who sent in your videos to #form-checks for reviews. Hope the new feedback helps you become better lifters. While technique isn't everything, it's not nothing either. I'm working on the next, much more in depth video already and about halfway through scripting it. Can't wait to share that one with you.

Join the Discord server: discord.gg/hzNC6CT

If you're new to Discord, it's basically a fancy forum. Think Facebook Groups but with sorting by category discussion. It's free and you can turn off notifications so your phone isn't blowing up. From there, just navigate to the #form-checks channel and drop a link to a video in there. We'll see those and film a new one of these when we reach CrItIcAl MaSs.
