Most people think success in the gym is about "not declining." They rely on luck and simply hope they hold on to their strength. That strategy is flawed because if you are not improving, you are declining.

If you want to be an athlete at 80, training needs to be intentional.

You must move past just holding on and start actively training for:
1. Total Mobility: Strength in every position you may find yourself in, not just the ones you train on a machine.
2. Reflexive Capacity: The dynamicness and speed to jump, play, and run.
3. Internal Health: Nourishing your body to minimize inflammation, cortisol, and gut destruction.

Gentlemen and ladies, athletic longevity isn't an accident. It's a calculated choice to intentionally improve every single year.
