Are you getting the error “The file install.wim is too large for the destination” while creating a bootable Windows USB?

Don’t worry! In this video, I’ll show you why this happens and how to fix it step by step using simple methods.

💡 This issue occurs because FAT32 USB drives don’t support files larger than 4GB — and the install.wim file exceeds that limit.
🔧 Command Used:
dism /Split-Image /ImageFile:G:\sources\install.wim /SWMFile:H:\sources\install.swm /FileSize:3800
📌 Replace the drive letters based on your system.
