How to fix a flat, lifeless vocal with one plugin.
Most engineers reach for EQ when a vocal sounds thin. There's a faster fix using Clean Tube saturation on just the mid band of FabFilter Saturn 2.
Saturating the whole vocal makes it harsh and fizzy. Saturating just the mids gives you body and presence right where the vocal lives, without messing with the top end or the low end.
