Now that I'm done with Elden, and it is October, I thought of doing some horror themed challenges (though even this series was recorded a while ago). The first fnaf was quite clicky and it annoyed me that the buttons would bug out randomly from time to time. Thankfully this isn't a problem in the later games. Spent a whole day on this, my hand wasn't too happy about it.
As you can see, I beat this using the Markiplier/Bigbug strategy, and it wasn't that great. At the time I didn't know that there was a better, much more consistent strategy. This one is heavily reliant on rng. It all depends on how aggressive Foxy feels like being. The others are not that dangerous. The idea is to watch Foxy constantly, while closing the left door so that Freddy can't attack while you have your camera up.
Here's the thing, apparently you don't need to have the camera on Foxy to "reset" him. Just pulling up the camera does the trick, and so the new and better strategy involves having the camera on Freddy at all times, meaning that when you pull it up you can stop Foxy as well as Freddy (not having to close the right door every time you pull up the camera). Too bad I didn't know about it until after I did it.
