Due to some confusion behind who made it, both companies actually did.
The Fitco version is less detailed and has a cheaper appearance and the standard Fitco base. The PAC version is much more detailed and has an additional swaying movement and a larger base that is marked “Pan Asian Creations”. The mini version is also PAC due to it having much more detail.
