UPDATE: Fitbit did end up sending me a replacement and it's working fine (for now?). Once I got past the first layer of "costumer service" they were fine and quickly sent me a new one.
My three month old Fitbit Charge HR will only maintain a charge for about and hour and a half from a full charge. This started yesterday when I woke up and found that it was dead. I sent a message to Fitbit and received a message back from the "appeasement" person that didn't help at all. I'm waiting for a response that moves in a positive direction.
It will also not sync with my Android LG S4. That's an ongoing case and started from day one (I also have a work IPhone and it syncs with it thankfully). They just say "we know there are an issue with some phone and are working to fix it."
When it works it's great and I love it. But, right now, it would get zero out of five starts.
