This is the famous and beloved fishing mini-game played in The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening 1993. I also played the DX version, but absolutely had to cover this classic as well. There's no changes at all, besides color of course.

I wish the fisherman would just prompt you the first time for directions when you start. It gets a bit repetitive, probably making it the only thing that keeps it from being totally perfect. I think there is some glitch where you can accidentally push the dialogue forward too fast and miss out on a few rupees.

Small Fish - 5 Rupees
Lunker - 20 Rupees
The "Big One" - 20 Rupees and a Heart Piece
