During the webinar, the second in our Workplace Democracy Campaign series, we hear from expert speakers, including Deputy General Secretary, Ethel Buckley, demonstrating that workplace democracy is a superior economic and social model.

Our next First Wednesday Workshop is March 3rd. We will be discussing the ways in which Workplace Democracy improves the quality of women’s jobs in Ireland and how we can shrink the gender pay gap by enabling collective bargaining.
