My first trimester wasn't easy, it was actually harder than I thought it would be. So in today's video I talk about the first trimester of my first pregnancy: the symptoms, including the dreaded nausea and fatigue, weird food aversions, very common pregnancy symptoms that I didn't get at all, the supplements I'm taking during this pregnancy, and of course my interesting encounters with doctors and midwives. You'll also find out about an interesting phenomenon called the White Coat Syndrome.
Hope you enjoy the video, and if you're pregnant at the same time as me, I'd love to know! Thank you so much for watching!
