In this first part tutorial I explain you how to make a plug to cast an Iphone 4s cover on.
The Resin used is "F16 Polyurethane fastcast" with mixing ratio 50/50 in weight.
The plug is a exact replica of an Iphone 4s that could fit in the silicone cover (Bought in a shop) in the second part you can see how my first test went. it didn't went as expected but still gives a nice result with loose CF strands filling an entire surface.
