Usually I don't participate in challenges as they're detrimental to my own training and well being, but this was easy enough 😅

This was the first back squat I could find on my channel back from 2012. I only wish I still had my original Campbell Fitness videos as I had squat footage from 2009/2010 and it was even worse.
