A family- friendly workplace promotes company productivity and increases women’s labor participation.

UN Women with Danantara Indonesia implemented WEPs Corporate Action Lab (WEPs CAL), an acceleration program supported by the Government of Australia to accelerate the implementation of gender equality in the private sector. This WEPs CAL serves as a platform for companies to share good practices and develop, pilot, and systematically integrate family-friendly workplace policies.
