On this episode of First Impressions, we climb out of a pit full of corpses after a rash of disappearances led us to investigating a "religious community". However, their lack of thoroughness in making sure we were dead has worked to our advantage, because now we're somewhere in the woods where they seem to have some kind of operation going on involving the transport of countless corpses. Armed with a hatchet, we start hacking up cultists and looking for clues. We quickly snag ourselves a handy C96, and fight our way beyond the receiving depot and into the woods. Eventually, things get a bit creepy when we fall down into a cave full of hanging body bags which turn out to still have some life in them, accompanied by a big man with a chainsaw and a fondness for bear traps.

With metallic scales and command over the icy winds, Kushala Daora can be a fairly tough customer. However, he lacks the windy shield that made him difficult to hit with melee in Monster Hunter World. Instead, hes able to power up his claws and tornadoes with even more dragon energy to do more damage and inflict Dragonblight.
