On the eighth episode of Let's Play Grounded, work on a home for Tiny Pete has begun, and there's a number of important crafting stations we'll need to plonk down. Once we're done building everything we can with our current supplies, I head over to the Red Anthill with my new set of Red Ant Armor to blend in and enter the nest without aggravating the Soldier Ants. Hidden within the anthill is a regular BURG.L chip as well as an important new resource: ant eggs. However since swiping their unborn children will still shatter our little truce/ruse, we do a thorough search of the tunnels first and find multiple (tiny) human skeletons. Once we've got the chip, we swipe as many eggs as we can and book it out of there with angry ants on our heels. We can use the eggs to craft explosive Bratbursts, but I forgot we'll also need Fungral Growths from the Haze. We need to get them quickly too, because our stolen eggs are getting ready to hatch. So, we strap on our new Gas Mask from the previous episode and head into the toxic cloud of the Haze in search of explosive fungi, and the creatures infected by them.

For the next Boss Bytes hunt in Monster Hunter Rise, Im going after one of the more aggressive recurring monsters in the series, the apelike Rajang. In addition to spending most of its time in an enraged state, Rajang is also capable of reaching a second super enraged state where it becomes especially swole and can use its most powerful attacks. No matter what state its in though, it retains the ability to blast out a huge electric beam in seconds.
