Firefox scrolling isn't smooth by default. It is also very slow. You can make your Firefox scrolling smooth and fast if you follow the instructions of this video.

There are two ways to do that:

1.Install the add-on 'Yet Another Smooth Scrolling'

2. Edit the configs of Firefox:

about:config
mousewheel.min_line_scroll_amount - 100
general.smoothScroll.mouseWheel.durationMaxMS - 600
general.smoothScroll.mouseWheel.durationMinMS - 400
