San Francisco, California (KGO) — PG&E reports that about 95,000 customers are affected by a power outage in San Francisco. They say there was a fire at their Larkin substation, but did not confirm that is the cause of the outage.
The outage is reportedly widespread from Union Square to the Marina and has also triggered the closure of BART's Montgomery station. BART is advising commuters to take Muni. However, SFMTA is reporting that they're also affected. The cable car lines are down and shuttles are being provided.
