Today I'm in Kingston Jamaica's Ujima Farmer's Market with the lovely Marianna of Marianna's Kitchen! She gets a TON of questions from her patrons and fans about where she finds all her incredible organic produce and this is one of the places. Sometimes the ingredients are hard to find, rare, or simply underused or misunderstood. This is the place to find the finest quality ingredients, straight from the farmers! It happens every Saturday at Hope Gardens, so please go and meet some super friendly and knowledgeable farmers and score some epic produce for yourself. This place is the definition of "“Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Food.”
