In this Bellyfit-inspired series, Hollyhock's Communication Manager, Loretta Laurin, takes us through a daily practice regimen that opens the body. This is a great routine for any fitness level.

Prepare the body for the day in the morning or stretching out the kinks from throughout the day. We've broken the video into 5 parts, so even if you don't have time for the entire routine, find the parts that speak to your body on any given day!
