We have forged a society full of entrepreneurs and innovators, and to do that, we needed women to work. While it's excellent that many women are achieving their dreams, it's not rare to encounter a woman who's being forced to work when she'd much rather be at home with her children. Do her or her children benefit from this? More often than not, I'd say that they don't.
