A WEEKEND IN THE LIFE - You guys have been asking to see more Matt in the vlogs.. so here it is! I can't believe how much has changed within our family dynamics with Matt and I taking on this weight loss challenge. Our Sunday mornings are now spent as a family, outdoors, exploring all of what nature has to offer and I'm here for it!

Sunday Sambo walked the furthest his little legs have taken him.. an epic 4km round trip and I couldn't be more proud. Proud of him and proud of us as a family!
