If you had told me 6 months ago I would be where I am today, I would have laughed.. Not once in my Adult life have I stuck to a diet and had it work!
I am SO PROUD of how far i've come, and I know I still have a long way to go but after the past 6 months I feel like being a healthy weight is within reach!

I get asked a lot how I started and my answer is simple.. YouTube! Watch as many videos as you can, its where I get all of my recipe inspiration from and watching others achieve their goals keeps me moving forward x
