Here are the 2 most common best practices of Trial Reels: 

1️⃣ Repurpose what already works.
Look back at your top-performing videos this year. If your goal is growth, repost the ones that brought in the most followers. If your goal is engagement, use the ones that sparked the most interaction. Post those as Trial Reels and see how the stats shake out!

2️⃣ A/B test your hooks.
Take one video concept and record 2–3 different hooks or intros. Upload them all and see which version keeps people watching the longest. That’s the one to post organically 👏

My honest take: I haven’t seen Trial Reels be a game-changer feature for me or some of my students. It’s a cool tool to experiment with, but not something I’ve seen "mind-blowing" results with yet 🧡
