Another busy day on the farm! The potatoes are looking great and really taking off, but now it’s time to get water on them — and the hay fields too. I’ve got pivots to start, nozzles to unplug, drip oil to check, and ditches to fill. Most of these pivots are new to me this year so it’s been a learning curve getting them going. Also ran into a few surprises… rusted nozzles, weird old tires, and even a skunk hiding under one pivot! The team’s also out picking up bales from first crop hay.
