This is the Steam version of the game without the special-K mod. Possibly performance / frametimes are better with the mod on, since I am playing with a controller.
The game has every setting set to 'highest' + TAA with the exception of motion blur, which I disabled as my preference. The game resolution is set to 3200x1800 with 100% (no re-scaling) and is being upscaled to 4K with Radeon Image Sharpening.
I had to admit, I have a hard time telling a difference between 1800P + RIS upscaling compared to native 4K. I would have to be picky about really fine details to tell. The gameplay is extremely smooth, and it looks stunning in 4K HDR with Freesync 2, it's an incredible experience.
As for the colors in the video... Radeon Relive does not support HDR recording yet. I am really sorry for this.

The NeoGeo is NOT a native 60hz machine. In every single commercial re-release of this game, the game is forced to either run at 60hz (faster) or v-sync AT 60 hz (frame-skips, judders, etc). This makes it EXTREMELY hard to react in any version that isnt running on a NeoGeo in a CRT. Enter RetroArch and the sync to exact content framerate option. With this enabled, my panel is drawing a game frame whenever the frame is complete. Yes, the game is now running at its native frame-rate, and is being displayed PERFECTLY on my panel. I cannot stress enough how difficult it is to play this game if the framerate is not correct. Emulation has come a long way, I am simply in love.
